The core of the Hardy performance reel range, Averon delivers the quality and reliability that are the hallmarks of the Hardy brand. Its lightweight yet durable design has been carefully crafted to blend performance, fishability, and long term reliability into a stylish large arbour design. Size dependent the reels benefit from both open or closed frame designs. Open frame is utilised on sizes where weight reduction and rapid spool changes are essential and a closed frame is employed on both the 5000 EN and 9000 models where thin running lines or specialist euronymph lines may be used.
